MMES reserves the right to cancel courses if there is a circumstance that warrants such action. MMES has a minimum number of participants’ policy. And due to the increasing costs of coordinating courses with instructor coverage and students not showing up, MMES management has started a no refund policy and a cancellation fee of $50 or 50% which ever is more, for all courses over $100 and $25 for all other courses. We also have a policy of NSF Check Returns of a $40.00 Fee.

MMES reserves the right to change the pricing of training materials as the market changes and avialablity of materials. Also any rushed orders will incure addtional shipping charges.

MMES policy states that if you want a course offered at another time than listed bellow you must have 6 or more persons take a course or a Minimum fee will be charged. the minimum fee is equal to the minimum number of students times the per person price. MMES administration needs to be contacted a week prior to a scheduled course date, with the number of expected participants.
